A Needs Assessment was done for a job at GBS Technologies. A Needs Analysis, Organizational Analysis and Task Analysis were carried out and completed
Using the guidelines given in class, all necessary parts to the "Case Incident" methodology was developed by a group of 3 students. The training methodology was then presented to the class as a group.
Two complete learning objectives were formulated for the training workshop using the guidelines and model discussed and practiced in class.
