Both Internal job posting and external job advertisements were designed for the opening of secretary to the Fitness Coordinator at Flora's Fitness Emporium. This team of four were given a budget of $1895 to work with for the advertisements.
Job Analysis was performed using a interview method. A team of four members interviewed radio new reporters to perform an analysis of their jobs. Post arriving at the Job Analysis data, a job description was developed for the same position that was analyzed. All the essential aspects of Job Description were addressed in the same.
All necessary forms or letters necessary to communicate during the recruitment / selection process in a unionized environment was developed. A group of six members developed these for communication tools and organized them in the appropriate order.
