The Organizational Culture of a company was defined with respect to their core values, beliefs, behaviour patterns, norms, etc. The positive and negative effects of the culture were discussed and suggestions were made on how the negative effects can be transformed into positive were discussed. 

This pair assignment gave us a good practice on forecasting Human Resources, projecting hiring needs to meet Human Resource Forecasts and allocating internal Human Resource. Different scenarios were given to practice on. 

Different descriptions of organizations were given to design an organizational chart for. Groups of four determined the span of control at each level and organizational structure that would best meet the needs of each organization with reasons.
