An Employment Equity Communication Tool was developed for the fictitional company .Com focusing on the essential elements of successful communication. 

A Self-Identification Questionnaire was developed in pairs on the same fictitious company .Com in pairs. Reference was made to special accomodations, communication techniques and follow-up methods were described. 

An Employment Equity/Diversity Policy was drafted in pairs for a fictitional IT Company called .Com (DotCom). All important points were addressed that a policy needs to address.
