A template for Learning Contract was designed based on guidelines learnt in class and the learning contract was completed for a hypothetical person who would be attending the workshop "Managing Volunteers Successfully".
A case on "Renswartz Realty Company" was given which was studied and utility of training programs, break-even effect size of training programs, Benefit-Cost-Ratio (BCR) and Return -On- Investment (ROI) were calculated. This pair assignment helped us understand the advantages, limitations and factors to be considered while selecting training programs.
