A case on the organization "Junk is Beautiful" was given as a pairs assignment. This gave a thorough practice on calculating utility of a selection procedure and comparative utilities of various procedures, to help in decision making on selecting training procedures.
A case on the organization "Ups and Downs" gave us a practice on calculating turnover costs and how to project savings by reducing turnover costs.
