A member of a bargaining unit was interviewed regarding 3 particular issues that they felt were greivable. Cases were made on whether these issues were grievable or not and reports to the union and recommendations to the management were made to resolve the situation.
Based on the 3 particular issues grieved, arbotration cases were researched and quoted. Justifications were given as to how the cases relate to the issues discussed.
For different incidents given by the instructor, disciplinary actions that the supervisor must take and the reasons for taking such actions were determined in pairs.
