Job Description for the position of an Executive Assistant, HR was given and standards of performance were developed, compared to which an actual performance of an employee could be determined. This pair assignment helped us in developing standards focusing on the parameters cost, time, quality and quantity. 

A pre-designed Performance Management Tool was analyzed and critiqued for effectiveness, compliance and appropriateness. 

An Action Plan was deviced for different scenarios given by the instructor including all the essential elements and also focusing on the template of the action plan.
